Yakuza Dead Souls Trademark Suggests Wes
Sega's zombified Yakuza game, Yakuza: Of the End, arrived in Japan on June 9 of this year. Fans of the series in other parts of the world have been waiting for some news of a global release, and it seems that they might soon have an answer.Sega picked up a trademark in Europe for Yakuza: Dead Souls (via CVG), which seems like a safe bet as a more English-speaking audience-friendly title for the zombie-infused Yakuza game. This is in no way confirmation that a Western Of the End release is coming, but it's a good start.The Yakuza series is a funny beast. Part-open world RPG, part-brawler, part-minigame fest, part-something completely unclassifiable, it is capable of hitting any number of gaming pleasure centers in the space of a single hour.
